Note from Tom
During a recent conference of ministers Rev. Wayne Walder and I discovered a common interest in helping clergy of all kinds deepen their work and make it more sophisticated, both spiritually and psychologically. We created Soul-Spirit Dialogues.
I soon realized that many people, not only in roles of leaderships, would be interested in delving deeply into matters of theology, religion and spirituality. In this program we expanded the idea to include anyone with a serious interest in these topics.
Dialogue is the major form in which this learning takes place. I will provide material based on my twenty books on soul and spirit, and both Wayne and I create the climate and the experiences that make the learning deep, personal and substantial. Yet the dialogue is also between the transcendent spirit and the deep soul, two complementary but distinct areas of human experience. The participant can expect to find new ideas and inspiration toward living a vibrant, solid, intelligent and deep-seated spiritual life suited for our times.
The approach draws on many different spiritual traditions and on depth psychology and the arts, as well. It addresses the needs of spiritual leaders but is designed for anyone who wants to take their spiritual understanding several steps deeper. In this program both the content and style of learning will speak to our emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs, I hope you can join us.

I grew up in a working class neighborhood in Detroit, Michigan. My father taught plumbing and my mother was a housewife.
I have been a minister for about 10 years. Before that I ran a business for more than 20. I have always loved work and spirit and was able to combine them for many years.
